This role serves as a technical resource for staff on data analysis and benchmarking issues, and provides training across programs and offices.

The position supports senior management with data insights and communicates findings for client needs while offering guidance to fellow analysts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis.
• Computer Science courses preferred.
• Experience in an insurance related field and 1 year statistical analysis strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management information systems including utilization and functionality.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Develop complex reports and analyze company data for forecasting and benchmarking used by senior management.
• Communicate data findings for forecasting and client needs.
• Provide training and data analysis education for program staff and colleagues.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.
• Travels as required.
