The ideal candidate has a business/quantitative background with analytics experience in insurance and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel to field offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/quant/analytics; CS courses preferred.
• 1 year statistical analysis experience strongly preferred in an insurance setting.
• Knowledge of risk management information systems; PC literate incl. Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex reports and analyze company data for forecasting/benchmarking used by senior management.
• Communicate data findings for forecasting and client needs.
• Provide training and data analysis education for program staff.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.
• Support the organization's quality program(s).
• Travels as required.
