Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an entry-level merchandising role in Henderson, NV. You will interact with customers, record data via smartphone after each shift, and support merchandising tasks across grocery stores nationwide.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, with potential for additional hours and a full benefits package. Starting wages are competitive at $13.25 per hour with growth opportunities within the company and benefits options

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 10 lbs
• Reliable transportation to/from work location
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Able to record work with a smartphone or tablet after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Self-starter with bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment
