Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for a merchandising-focused role in grocery stores nationwide. You will use a smartphone to capture and store essential data for clients, while engaging customers and store management with a friendly, proactive approach.

Training is provided and growth from within is encouraged. Compensation starts at $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional hours and tailored benefits to meet your family’s needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Record daily merchandising data using a smartphone/tablet.
• Support store teams and store management with data capture.
• Maintain safety-first mindset while working in a retail environment.
