Job summary

Aceolution Inc. is seeking a Data Collection Team Lead in New York to drive end-to-end data collection projects for AR/VR products.

You will coordinate research activities, manage participants and teams, validate data, and produce insights for engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with mobile devices and technical equipment, and proven project coordination and team leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data collection or data collection project management; big data collection experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly manual data handling and reporting.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and technical equipment.
• Experience with ticket management systems, including raising, reviewing, approving, tracking, and closing tickets.
• Experience in team management, goal setting, performance reviews, and training.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan projects, gather requirements, review protocols, and ensure collection readiness.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Manage data collection, validate inputs, consolidate feedback, and prepare reports and visualizations.
• Team Leadership: Manage team performance, set goals, conduct training, and support new hires.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate schedules, refresher training, staffing requirements, and collection timelines.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs and prepare weekly, Monthly Business Review (MBR), and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports.
• Engineering Coordination: Communicate technical issues, clarify tasks, provide feedback, and coordinate protocol updates.
• Issue & Risk Management: Manage tickets, troubleshoot operational issues, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead project meetings and demos while collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
