Job summary

A well-known Financial Services Company in Irving, TX (Hybrid) is seeking a Data/Cloud Platform Transformation Delivery Lead for a 12+ month contract. You will guide enterprise data platform modernization, oversee cloud migrations, and balance Scrum Master with program management responsibilities to deliver results aligned with regulatory requirements and tech strategy.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in data and cloud delivery, and hands-on experience with data visualization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field; technology or computer science background preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience across data platforms, cloud migrations, and program delivery.
Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination across stakeholders.
Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot) for program reporting and SDLC.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise Data Platforms Modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
Manage dependencies across migrations, data center exits, and cloud adoption.
Ensure milestones, budgets, and timelines via disciplined governance.
Partner with CIOs, engineering, product, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders.
Facilitate executive decision-making and reporting to leadership forums.
Run governance routines and consolidate roadmaps, risks, and metrics.
Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution across modernization programs.
Enable migration to target-state platforms and cloud-native architectures.
Coordinate retirement of obsolete infrastructure while maintaining stability.
