Job summary

FM is a longstanding mutual insurance company focused on property risk management for policyholder-owners. This role processes and generates new data, including processing and claims files, and distributes information to Partner Companies and MBRe staff.

The position provides administrative support, maintains data quality in MBRe systems, handles routine reporting, and lends assistance in claims processing as part of the Partner Company Servicing Process during normal hours.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2–3 years of general office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, prepare, and maintain processing and claims records and enter data into MBRe’s XBOSS system.
• Distribute data to MBRe team members and ensure timely processing of records.
• Provide administrative support for adjudication of claims and processing of data.
• Assist in maintenance of MBRe records and data quality; support process improvements.
• Answer and route phone calls, manage MBRe fax mailbox and telephone line; support other MBRe groups.
