The ideal individual will have over 5 years of experience in construction, particularly in data centers, and be proficient with project management software. This position requires mobility for site visits and maintaining a valid driver's license for travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial or industrial construction, preferably with data centers.
• Able to travel nationally for oversight and meetings.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage project budgets and cost controls.
