Job Description

Data Centre Installers (DCIs) provide an essential service to our clients across Europe. They work inside our clients’ data centres delivering, positioning, and installing server racks to build their cloud infrastructure. Safety, security and customer service are the priorities for all ATC employees. Are you on it?

YourResponsibilities:

• Hardware Setup: Unloading, unpacking with power tools and positioning customers’ IT hardware (server racks). Cabling server racks by patching and dressing fibre and copper cables.
• Procedure Compliance: Following clients’ procedures and requirements, including health and safety, and security.
• Communication: Communicating with customers, colleagues, managers, planners, team leaders and supervisors, in a consistent, timely, and efficient manner.
• Daily Reporting: Completing daily checklists and providing reports on daily activities or tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, with high levels of attention to detail
• Basic experience with hand and power tools
• Adaptability and responsiveness to evolving customer requirements
• Valid class B driving licence with a good driving record
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Email
• Professional communications skills with clients, colleagues and vendors
• Language proficiency: C1 level in English and B2 level in German
