Job summary

Garratt-Callahan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Technician to help execute water treatment projects specifically for our data center clients. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex projects from initiation to close-out.

Qualifications

• A 4-year technical degree in the sciences is required.
• Background in chemical and/or mechanical engineering is recommended.
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial chemical water treatment or related field.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Docs.
• Ability to interpret PIDs and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Supports water treatment projects at client data centers from initiation to close-out.
• Manages relationships with client engineers and operating personnel.
• Attends client sync meetings and assists in preparing submittals and drawings.
• Assists in installation, sale, and servicing of water treatment systems.
• Provides technical/start-up training to clients and their staff.
