Job summary

Garratt-Callahan is seeking a Water Treatment Site Coordinator to support a customer's data center in Chattanooga, TN. You will perform extensive water testing, troubleshoot treatment systems, and commission new assets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will help deliver on customer KPIs, pursue cost-savings, and provide hands-on support with our proprietary solutions. The role includes travel for training and requires living near Chattanooga.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree in the sciences.
• Experience in water treatment or related chemical field.
• Supervisory experience and basic management knowledge.
• Ability to perform site testing, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance independently.
• Willingness to travel for training and support.
• Live in or near Chattanooga, TN.

Responsibilities

• Safe conduct of all work onsite.
• Solve customers' water problems.
• Treat industrial cooling systems to keep them energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
• Perform extensive, detailed water testing & analyses.
• Troubleshoot water treatment and control equipment.
• Deliver on customer KPIs and promote Garratt-Callahan solutions including proprietary chemical blends, equipment, & monitoring technology.
• Pursue cost-savings initiatives that result in power, water, time, and/or labor savings.
• Conduct regular meetings with all client stakeholders.
• Commission newly installed assets and control equipment.
• Report to the Technical Program Manager with weekly activity updates.
• Some travel may be required for training and support.
