Job summary

Salute Inc. in Afton, TX is seeking a Data Center Water Treatment Subject Matter Expert to serve as the technical authority for water chemistry, boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater systems.

You will lead programs, guide operations, and collaborate with client teams, engineering, and suppliers to ensure reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the campus. On-site role with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in industrial or data center water treatment operations.
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry, corrosion control, and fouling mitigation.
• Experience developing SOPs/MOPs and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SME for water treatment inquiries and initiatives.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot water chemistry programs.
• Review lab data to identify trends and mitigate fouling and corrosion.
• Support system components: boilers, chillers, towers, and wastewater.
• Lead water treatment projects from design through implementation.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and operations teams.
