Align is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Facilities Operations Manager to lead inventory operations and facilities-related functions supporting our data center infrastructure business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership in warehouse operations, inventory management, and vendor relations to support project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience supporting data center projects or large warehouse operations.
• Experience leading office and warehouse teams and managing equipment and operations.
• Experience creating and implementing SOPs and process docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse and facility operations and ensure timely project deliverables.
• Establish warehouse processes for inventory accuracy, traceability, and material accountability.
• Drive timelines, budgets, and quality control across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain safe, organized facilities and manage maintenance programs and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales operations and client engagement to meet expectations.
