Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading warehouse operations or data-center facilities.
• Experience managing office and warehouse teams and vendors.
• Proficiency in creating SOPs and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and facility operations and ensure project deliverables.
• Establish and maintain warehouse processes for accuracy and accountability.
• Drive timelines, budgets, and quality across initiatives.
• Maintain facilities in safe, organized condition.
• Manage maintenance programs and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations on sourcing and material availability.
• Build supplier relationships and optimize cost and delivery.
• Provide guidance on cabling design and process development.
• Lead safety programs and train warehouse staff.
