The data center team is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our world-class team. The best candidates will have experience working in a similar role with familiarity in supply chain and logistical practices. Most importantly, you must be willing to do whatever it takes to make our team successful each day. You should enjoy being busy, active, and working with diverse roles.

Your Day

• Coordinate, receive, and document deliveries including UPS, FedEx packages, and multi-truck shipments requiring heavy equipment.
• Pack and ship equipment as needed.
• Utilize various systems for receipts, shipments, and inventory management.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean loading dock and staging area.
• Evaluate receipt conditions and coordinate follow-up actions for damages.
• Order and stock office and breakroom supplies.

You Must Have

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to excel.
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse roles.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, and packaging tools.
• Familiarity with Google tools (Gmail, Docs, Forms).
• Basic Excel skills including manipulations and formulas.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

The role also involves adhering to Yahoo policies, exercising sound judgment, working effectively and safely with others, exhibiting trustworthiness, and safeguarding business operations and brand integrity.
