What do we need:

We are seeking a resourceful Planner for the Associate Supply Chain Planner role, to join our Nutritional Spaulding Planning Team supporting production scheduling.

The Global Supply Chain Planning team collaboratively schedules and distributes products worldwide, working with manufacturing facilities and global supply chain teams. This role focuses on creating feasible production schedules to ensure timely product delivery to customers.

This team emphasizes on-time delivery, cost savings, inventory management, and minimizing production inefficiencies. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive supply chain experience and develop expertise across operations.

Required qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supply chain role demonstrating ability to develop business solutions.
• Understanding of supply chain processes such as inventory, demand forecasting, capacity planning, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Skills to be successful in the role:

• Proficiency with supply chain technologies (preferably OMP, JDA, JDE), Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze data and develop meaningful insights and solutions.
• Capability to provide strategic recommendations and lead improvements.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder influence, and team leadership qualities.
