Cordoba Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking a Data Center Utility Infrastructure Manager to lead planning, development, and delivery of critical utility infrastructure for data center campuses. You will coordinate with electric, water, telecom, and gas providers, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective power, water, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in utility infrastructure or large-scale projects.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating with multiple partners.
• Strong knowledge of utility permitting, easements, and right-of-way processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility infrastructure planning, coordination, and delivery for data center developments.
• Manage activities across site due diligence, permitting, construction, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with electric, water, telecom, and gas providers for services and approvals.
• Serve as technical resource and advisor for utility infrastructure across teams.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for infrastructure programs.
• Ensure compliance with codes and industry standards throughout project lifecycle.
