Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Data Center Utility Infrastructure Manager to lead planning, development, and delivery of essential utilities for data center campuses in Portland, OR. You will coordinate with utilities, engineers, and contractors to ensure reliable power, water, and telecom services while managing budgets and schedules.

The role requires 7+ years in utility infrastructure and strong leadership, with PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 7+ years in utility infrastructure or large-scale projects.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and supervising contractors.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• PE license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of underground utility systems and service coordination.
• Experience reviewing engineering designs and utility studies.
• Familiarity with permitting processes, easements, ROWs, and regulatory approvals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead utility infrastructure planning and delivery for data center developments.
• Oversee site selection, due diligence, design, permitting, construction, commissioning.
• Coordinate with electric, water, telecom, and gas providers for services and approvals.
• Act as primary technical resource for utility infrastructure across teams.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, changes, and construction work.
