Job summary

Cordoba Corporation seeks a Data Center Utility Infrastructure Manager to lead planning, development, and delivery of critical utility systems for data center campuses.

You will coordinate with electric, water, wastewater, telecoms, and gas providers, oversee design and construction, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure for mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field required.
  • 7+ years of utility infrastructure or large-scale projects required.
  • 3+ years leading technical teams and supervising consultants/contractors required.
  • PE license preferred.
  • Experience with data centers, energy infrastructure, or large-scale industrial projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead utility infrastructure planning, coordination, and delivery for data center projects.
  • Manage activities across site selection, due diligence, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Coordinate with electric, water, wastewater, telecoms, and gas providers for services and approvals.
  • Act as primary technical resource for utility infrastructure matters.
  • Lead coordination among providers, consulting engineers, developers, contractors, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Review engineering studies, master plans, designs, easements, and drawings for alignment with objectives.
  • Identify constraints, risks, and mitigation strategies for schedules and budgets.
  • Support corridor design, duct banks, relocations, and campus infrastructure planning.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and constructor work related to utilities.
  • Conduct site visits and field investigations to verify conditions and support execution.
  • Monitor installation, testing, startup, and commissioning activities.
  • Present updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to client leadership.
  • Support long-range utility capacity planning for campus expansion.
  • Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
