Job summary

CBRE seeks a Quality and Compliance Consultant to guide continuous improvement and ensure delivery of contractual services across sites. You will lead training, monitor effectiveness, and coordinate with site leadership to mobilize new locations, aligning with CBRE's values.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operational Excellence and Tooling teams to produce consistent, compliant training materials and protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track training of all client standards, tooling, and operational excellence expectations.
• Lead training and compliance for tooling usage.
• Work collaboratively with client Operational Excellence and Tooling teams to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant training materials and protocols across all sites.
• Apply proper programs, tools, and resources to assist in training contingent workforce.
• Drive continual improvement demonstrating improvement in compliance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula and documentation for new hires and ongoing skill development.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and completion rates, identifying areas for process optimization.
• Coordinate with site leadership to schedule and facilitate training sessions for new site mobilizations.
• Report training compliance status to internal and external clients during review meetings. Escalate and notify the company and client management of quality and compliance issues.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
