Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Technical Trainer in Data Centers to partner with business units, design and roll out high‑level learning programs, and evaluate learning impact.

The role spans Learning Resources, Content Development, and Platform Operations and can be based in Westerville, OH or Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and familiarity with CSOD and ADDIE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions and apply judgement and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), the ADDIE method, and tools like Adobe Captivate and PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend smart solutions to CBRE learning demands and facilitate updates.
• Suggest and implement solutions to optimize knowledge transfer.
• Partner with SMEs to develop content and update training materials and curriculums.
• Approve and manage communications and marketing plans for new courses and updates.
• Audit, evaluate, and report that all content adheres to governance guidelines.
• Review training metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive department goals.
• Stay current with learning industry trends and best practices.
