Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver scalable training for data center technicians and low-voltage professionals. The role partners with Data Center and Critical Environment units to identify learning needs and produce hands-on, measurable training in live data center environments.

The position sits in the Talent, Learning & Development function and may be located in Westerville, OH or Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of hands-on low-voltage electrical and structured cabling work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training for data center technicians on low-voltage and structured cabling.
• Develop training materials, assessments, SOPs, and digital modules.
• Evaluate learner readiness and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content.
