Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Tenant Fit-Out Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team in Santa Clara, CA. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of tenant-specific buildouts within active data center environments, ensuring alignment with data hall standards, operational requirements, and safety protocols.

You will coordinate with end users, contractors, and internal teams to minimize impact on data center operations while delivering projects efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• 3+ years data center construction experience.
• General Contracting, Construction Management, or Architecture experience preferred.
• Extensive familiarity with construction scheduling, project budgeting and cost controls.
• Working technical knowledge of MEP systems and how data centers operate.

Responsibilities

• Design coordination: Review customer docs and specs; manage RFIs and design compliance across Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical and LV Infrastructure.
• Schedule management: develop milestones; baseline review; create detailed logic-linked schedules; provide weekly schedule updates.
