Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Tenant Fit-Out Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team. The role oversees tenant buildouts in data center environments, coordinating with end users, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work aligns with hall standards, ops requirements, and safety protocols.

Location options include Reno, NV and multiple other cities. The ideal candidate has a architecture/construction background with 5+ years of PM experience and 3+ years in data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• 3+ years data center construction experience.
• General Contracting, Construction Management, or Architecture experience preferred.
• Extensive familiarity with construction scheduling, budgeting and cost controls.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems in data centers.
• Strong reading/writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination and execution of tenant fit-out buildouts in data center environments.
• Coordinate with end users, contractors and internal teams to meet design and safety standards.
• Lead design coordination across architectural, electrical, mechanical and low voltage scopes.
• Develop and manage project milestones, schedules and weekly updates.
• Coordinate procurement of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment.
• Facilitate RFI/submittal processes and maintain document control in Procore.
• Lead meeting management and maintain safety and health processes on site.
