Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Tenant Fit-Out Project Manager to supervise tenant buildouts in data centers, coordinating design, procurement, and construction with end users and contractors. You will drive schedules, manage RFIs, submittals, and design coordination across disciplines.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in a data center setting, strong communication, and a focus on safety and operational continuity for data hall environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years project management experience, preferably in datacenter or heavy construction.
• Experience coordinating design, RFI, submittals and schedules with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant fit-out projects within active data center environments.
• Develop and maintain project milestones and detailed schedules.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors and end users to meet requirements.
• Manage RFI, submittals and procurement using Procore platform.
• Lead design coordination across architectural, electrical, mechanical and security scopes.
