Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Tenant Fit-Out Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team, overseeing tenant buildouts within data center environments across multiple sites. You will coordinate with end users, contractors, and internal teams to ensure fit-out work meets data hall standards, safety protocols, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities include design coordination, schedule management, RFIs/submittals, and weekly progress reporting, with a focus on minimizing disruption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• 3+ years data center construction experience.
• General Contracting, Construction Management, or Architecture Experience preferred.
• Extensive familiarity with scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design coordination across architectural, electrical, mechanical, and low voltage systems.
• Develop and manage project milestone schedules and detailed logic-linked schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and design teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and document control on Procore.
• Lead weekly meetings and maintain safety and lookahead reporting.
• Ensure coordination for Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment and site safety.
