Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering VMware ESXi/vCenter environments.
• Experience with Windows and Unix servers in data center.
• Strong coordination with network, storage, and facilities teams.

Responsibilities

• Share logs with vendor for hardware issues.
• Rack/stack/un-rack and DC equipment handling.
• DC management and UPS/PDUs support.
• Coordinate with Logistics and multiple IT teams.
• Respond to customer queries and escalations.
• Perform ongoing data center maintenance per guidelines.
