Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. - Data Center Associate role requires loading/unloading freight, performing quality checks, and daily inventory counts at a US-based datacenter facility in Indiana.

You will assemble and install servers and electrical components, using hand tools, measuring devices, and rack hardware. We seek candidates with 1–3 years of related experience, strong safety awareness, and customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience is required.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verify part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical parts on site.
• Process return shipments of various electronic components using warehouse systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with accuracy.
• Install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Operate rack hardware with hand/power/measuring tools.
• Push, pull and lift frequently during the workday.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
