Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician Lead to oversee and support operations within our data center environments. You will diagnose hardware and network issues, lead a team of technicians, and ensure SLA-driven service delivery across server, storage, and network hardware.

Ideal candidates have strong CLI experience, leadership capabilities, and a track record of maintaining high availability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years IT support, hardware diagnostics, and repair in enterprise environments.
• Strong CLI proficiency with Cisco CLI, Linux/Unix shell, iDRAC/iLO.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC operations across server, storage, and network hardware platforms.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using CLI tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Oversee hardware repair and component replacements.
• Coordinate with vendors for RMA and warranty claims.
• Maintain incident resolution documentation and SLA adherence.
• Mentor junior technicians and enforce safety practices.
