Job summary

Data Center Technician Support will deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot server, GPU, storage, networking, and cabling infrastructure. The position requires enterprise data center experience and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of enterprise data center experience.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and independently resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Availability for on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance windows.
• Candidates must meet background screening requirements including U.S. passport or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise servers, GPU systems, storage, and networking equipment.
• Perform rack, stack and structured cabling installations and upgrades.
• Provide hands-on hardware troubleshooting and firmware/BIOS updates as needed.
• Support on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance as required.

• Data Center Hardware: Advanced troubleshooting and repair of x86 servers, GPU systems, storage platforms, and networking equipment.
• Rack, Stack & Cabling: Hands-on experience with hardware installation, power distribution, and structured copper and fiber cabling.
• Server Management & Linux: Experience with iLO, iDRAC, IPMI, Redfish, firmware/BIOS updates, and basic Linux command-line troubleshooting.

Requirements
