NTT Global Data Centers is hiring a Data Center Technician to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance of electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems in a data center environment.

You will maintain processes that maximize uptime, identify issues quickly, and ensure contractors deliver quality services while meeting internal customer needs in a cost-efficient way.

Qualificações

• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems in a data centre environment.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA standards and building codes relevant to data centers.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices (lockout/tag out, arc flash, OSHA) and ability to work with safety protocols.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders.
• Hands-on experience with large commercial/industrial systems (HVAC, chillers, pumps, water treatment).

Responsabilidades

• Develops approaches to minimize operating costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and operate mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems in data centers.
• Monitor and respond to abnormal conditions; coordinate with contractors for maintenance.
• Inspect parts, install components, and read technical diagrams to determine processes.
• Collaborate with teams to review quality assurance and implement upgrades.
