Job summary

You will monitor, troubleshoot and repair data center infrastructure, work with contractors, and support a rigorous maintenance program to minimize outages and optimize efficiency in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems in data centers.
• CPR/First Aid and NFPA70E certification preferred during employment.
• OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops approaches to minimize operational costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and inspect mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams to determine procedures.
• Test performance of electromechanical assemblies and meters.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Support after-hours notification and escalation protocols.
• Ensure data center operates at maximum efficiency and uptime.
• Regular attendance is essential.
