Job summary

Data Center Technician 2 is sought by ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. to join the Missouri onsite Data Center Operations team.

You will lead installation and deployment of servers, switches, storage, and GPU infrastructure, and configure BMC, iLO, and iDRAC interfaces, performing firmware and hardware validation. Requires 3+ years in data center operations with strong server, networking, and storage knowledge, plus experience with structured cabling and power distribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations, deployment engineering, or systems integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of servers, networking and storage hardware.
• Experience with structured cabling and power distribution systems.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and deployment of servers, switches, storage, and GPU infrastructure.
• Configure BMC, iLO, and iDRAC management interfaces.
• Perform firmware, BIOS, and hardware validation activities.
• Troubleshoot server, storage, networking, power, and cabling issues.
• Support GPU cluster acceptance, commissioning, and testing activities.
