This role requires an associate IT degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years in IT or data center support, with OSHA10 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 1–3 years hands-on IT or data center experience.
• Strong networking, server hardware and data center management knowledge.
• Familiarity with standard diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a demanding environment.
• Certifications like Network+, A+ are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center hardware to guarantee peak functionality and availability.
• Conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance on networking gear, servers, and infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve hardware or software malfunctions, involving senior staff as needed.
• Support setup and deployment of updated hardware and software configurations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and service tasks following standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve operational workflows and productivity.
• Participate in on‑call schedule for urgent incidents.
