Oversee data center hardware to guarantee peak functionality and consistent system availability.
Conduct regular checks and proactive upkeep on networking gear, servers, and essential infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
Identify and resolve technical hardware or software malfunctions, involving senior staff when issues become intricate.
Support the setup and deployment of updated hardware and software configurations.
Maintain precise records of all repairs and service tasks following established organizational standards.
Work alongside colleagues to refine operational workflows and boost overall facility productivity.
Take part in an on-call schedule to provide support during urgent or critical incidents.

Required Qualifications

An Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or a comparable level of professional experience.
Between one and three years of hands‑on experience within an IT support or data center setting.
Solid grasp of networking principles, server hardware, and general data center management.
Working knowledge of standard diagnostic tools and effective troubleshooting techniques.
Strong interpersonal abilities to foster effective team communication and collaboration.
Physical capability to handle heavy equipment and thrive in a demanding work setting.
Professional credentials like Network+, CompTIA A+, or similar certifications are considered an advantage.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must possess OSHA10 certification and appropriate personal protective equipment.
