Job summary

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a Data Center Technician II to provide hands-on support for day-to-day data center operations and maintain infrastructure reliability. You will work with senior team members, assist with hardware installs, and contribute to asset tracking in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent, 1+ year IT or data center experience, and strong customer service skills, with ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Experience supporting computer room or data center environments.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and support systems.
• Ability to contribute to documentation and process development.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• 2+ years data center or infrastructure support preferred.

Job Summary: Provides hands-on support for day-to-day data center operations. This role assists with maintaining infrastructure reliability, supporting hardware installations, and ensuring accurate asset tracking. The technician works closely with senior team members while developing technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with hardware installs and removals

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year IT or data center support experience
• Experience supporting computer room or data center environments
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and support systems

• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• 2+ years data center or infrastructure support preferred
