Job summary

We are currently seeking a Data Center Technician II for a Full-Time position to provide hands-on support for day-to-day data center operations, including rack/stack of servers and network equipment and asset tracking.

You will work closely with senior team members while developing technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year IT or data center support experience.
• Experience supporting computer room or data center environments.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and support systems.
• Ability to contribute to documentation and process development.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year IT or data center support experience

• Strong customer service skills

• 2+ years data center or infrastructure support preferred
