Job summary

A leading provider of data center services is seeking a Data Center Technician I in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on providing proactive customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with the installation of infrastructure. You'll be responsible for monitoring technical issues, maintaining relationships, and ensuring facility readiness. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, some technical experience, and strong communication skills. Health insurance and a 401k with company match offered.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience or demonstrated ability to meet the responsibilities/qualifications.
• Some familiarity with DS1, DS3, Ethernet and dark fiber circuits.
• Reliable and able to work independently, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Monitor and help troubleshoot technical issues with DataBank Infrastructure.
• Perform physical security walkthroughs and administer security sign-in procedures.
