Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain servers, switches, and storage equipment in data centers.
• Replace drives, power supplies, fans, and other components.
• Test repairs before closing work tickets.
• Run and test copper and fiber cabling.
• Follow diagrams, work instructions, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide clear updates to remote engineers.
• Record equipment serial numbers, connections, and locations.
• Follow site security procedures for hardware disposal.
