Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT equipment support experience or related tech.

• Comfort with non-standard hours including weekends/holidays.
• Familiarity with office software (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Monitor software to process data per operating instructions.
• Prepare, stage, set up, and startup/shutdown hardware per guides.
• Verify grounding, labeling, and cabling per standards.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot, and replace faulty components.
