Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an entry-level Engineering Operations Technician to join the Data Center Talent Accelerator Elevate program. This onsite role spans Manassas, Chantilly, Ashburn, and Sterling, offering hands-on training in electrical and mechanical systems, with a 12-month contract-to-hire path.

You will support critical infrastructure, follow safety procedures, and work in shifts to ensure reliable operations. A strong English proficiency and physical capability are required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role through paid training program and on-the-job learning in a data center environment.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 39 pounds independently.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in data centers.
• Attend 4-week instructor-led training and complete safety procedures.
• Follow detailed safety and operating procedures to ensure facility reliability.
