Qualifications

• English proficiency (CEFR C1) required.
• Lift up to 39 pounds independently; 40+ pounds for group lifts.
• Able to perform construction tasks from ladders.

Responsibilities

• In-person 4-week instructor-led training at local college.
• Uphold highest safety standards and promote safety culture.
• Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment (UPS, switchgear, breakers, ATS, generators, chillers, HVAC).
• Conduct routine rounds and document operational readings.
• Supervise contractors for servicing or preventive maintenance.
