Qualifications

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a data center.
• Monitor Mechanical & Engineering systems to ensure safe environmental conditions.
• React to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment.
• Ensure environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
• Respond to BMS alarms and address HVAC-related issues for clients.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with processes and regulations.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
• Take meter readings from UPS, PDU, and utilities during walkthroughs.
• Deliver corrective actions to faults and defects in facilities and plant systems.
