• React to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.
• Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, and laws/regulations.
• Alert management if subcontractor performance doesn't meet requirements per the Master Service Agreement.
• Complete planned PM and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
• Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and respond to HVAC-related client problems.
• Building walkthroughs and meter readings from UPS, PDUs, and utilities.
• Provide fixes to facility and plant faults and defects.
• Complete required training and follow established procedures to ensure quality records.
