Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT hardware/infrastructure experience.
• Data center experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to Kansas City area locations.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, assembly and installation of racks, servers, storages and network equipment.
• Diagnostics of servers, storages and network equipment in lab and production environments, including repairs by swapping components.
• Installation and documentation of cabling for network connectivity (Ethernet, Fiber).
• Provide assistance to Data Center Provisioning, Data Center Infrastructure, and Network Engineering as needed.
• Maintain safety and security protocols and clean work environments within the Data Center.
