Job summary

Infobahn SoftWorld Pvt Ltd in Dulles, VA is seeking Data Center Technicians for a 6-12 month onsite contract. You will install, rack, cable, configure, and remove servers and network equipment, performing rack-and-stack and structured cabling, and troubleshooting hardware and cabling issues.

Responsibilities include remote-hands support, incident response, and documenting work while adhering to security and change procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data center or IT infrastructure support experience.
• Rack-and-stack, server installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Copper and fiber cabling knowledge.
• Ability to read rack elevations and cable maps.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
