Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ experience in technical writing, English, or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and SharePoint as well as Google Suite.
• Experience writing SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs for various industries.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and technical documents including SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
• Work with SMEs to gather information and develop accurate documentation.
• Manage the documentation workflow from creation to approval.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across documents.
• Learn in-depth mechanical and electrical concepts; support inventory and backups.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
