Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in USA, Lancaster location, seeks a Data Center Team Lead on C Shift (Mon-Thurs 8:00 PM–6:30 AM). Responsible for material orders, inventory management, server assembly, and installing electronic components in the datacenter.

You will oversee loading/unloading, quality checks, daily cycle counts, manage racks, cabling, safety, and cross-train across departments. 3–5 years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with live

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and live electrical equipment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and ensure correct part numbers and pristine condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for critical parts at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee server rack placement and cabling per diagrams and schematics.
