Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations research, industrial engineering, business, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in supply chain planning and operations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional problem solving and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planners supporting Data Center GPU programs.
• Own supply planning execution across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons to support revenue attainment, customer commitments, and product ramp milestones.
• Partner with Business Units, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and suppliers to align demand, supply, capacity, materials, and execution priorities.
• Identify supply risks, drive mitigation plans, and elevate trade-offs or decisions with clear business impact.
• Manage supply planning KPIs, including on-time delivery, revenue support, inventory health, excess and obsolete exposure, and supply commit accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution for shortages, capacity constraints, material readiness, planning parameter gaps, and execution blockers.
• Drive process, system, and tool improvements to scale planning capability across complex BOMs, inventory flows, and multi-site supply networks.
• Champion continuous improvement, change management, and standard work to improve productivity, transparency, and planning discipline.
