Iron Mountain is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Richmond, Virginia, to lead the execution of large-scale equipment from post-award through delivery. This role requires proven experience in supply chain management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to mitigate schedule risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution for assigned equipment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Hold suppliers accountable to contractual timelines and provide insights to leadership.
  • Identify schedule risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate with various departments to manage submittal reviews effectively.

Supply Chain Manager

#Li-Remote

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400 - $124,500

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Lead Equipment Execution: Own the end-to-end execution for all assigned OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery, ensuring all deliveries align with construction and ready-for-service schedules.
  • Manage Supplier Accountability: Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments while providing data-driven insights to leadership regarding reliability trends.
  • Mitigate Schedule Risks: Identify potential schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays, and escalation critical issues to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Coordinate closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to manage submittal reviews and ensure deviation management is resolved quickly.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, specifically supporting large-scale construction or data center projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing processes and the ability to track complex delivery schedules. Knowledge of Chillers, Generators & switchboards preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills to effectively interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive mindset with the ability to implement recovery plans and manage technical deviations under tight deadlines.
  • Computer Proficiency: Google Suite products preferred.
